Jo T Letwaitis, having had her real estate license for over two decades, began teaching pre-licensing, post-licensing and continuing education to both brokers and managing brokers for the last five years. She holds several designations and is currently the chairperson for the Professional Standards committee of a local real estate association.

I teach licensing courses as well as continuing educations through a branch agreement with my brokerage, John Constance Real Estate and Illinois Realtors. I also offer coaching and mentoring sessions on an hourly basis.

My approach to teaching as well as coaching and mentoring is with smaller sized classes, a hybrid of in-person and on-line offering a more individualized approach to your learning style. Further, this approach continues with mentoring and coaching to make sure you get back on track with your real estate practice, or if starting out, be poised for success.
